Billing
- There is now a optional billing workflow to go with mare checks. When turned on a billing page will show after saving a mare check so that you can add various common charges.
- Charges will be aggregated per cycle and be visible on the cycle tab of the mare season
- Pricing for the charges is centrally administrated with the ability to create a new price list to be used for the next mare checks. Old prices are saved so that previous totals are the same.
- The billing feature was added for increase transparency of costs for equine reproduction. While it can be used to help your normal billing procedure, it does not replace or substitute for your current invoicing method.
Quality Assurance Warnings
- Theriospace will now check for common scenarios that the practice should remedy with their process. Sometimes you don’t have time to enter all the data or complete a process so instead of errors, Theriospace will raise a list of warnings of things to be addressed.
- These warnings are visible on the home page, as well as total count of warning visible on the Theriospace navigation link as a badge
Import Permits
- There is now a place to record import permit information to go with cooled stallion records
